| In consideration of this entry, car owner/s agrees to permit Badgerland Classics & Customs the use of their name, picture, and pictures of their vehicle for publicity, advertising, and commercial purposes before, during, and after the event. Also, the acceptance to the right to participate, entrants, participants, and spectators by execution of this entry form, release and discharge Badgerland Classics & Customs, all sponsoring bodies and their officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, and anyone else connected with Management or Presentation of Badgerland Classics & Customs Car Show & Swap Meet of and from any and all known and unknown damages, injuries, losses, judgments and/or claims from any cause whatsoever that may be suffered by any entrant to his or her person or property. Further, each entrant expressly agrees to indemnity of all the foregoing entities, firm, persons, and bodies of, and from any and all liability occasioned or resulting from the conduct of entrants or any participant assisting or cooperating with entrant. |
